How is G-Life's
"Cleanrooms Air Conditioner"
different from others?
Our air conditioners are specially designed for cooling cleanrooms. They are suitable for places where extra-clean environment is needed. For example, operating room, ICU, laboratory, emergency room, dental clinic, plastic surgery clinic, etc. We can produce air flow rate up to 1,200 CFM and cooling capacity up to 48,000 BTU.
This new innovation for cleanrooms can create and maintian "Positive Air Pressure" for 24 hours even after shutdown. Our air conditioners can eliminate sources of pathogen both during and after the usage.

How It Works

Positive Air Pressure
for Cleanrooms
Our machines can create and maintain "Positive Air Pressure Room" for 24 hours by continuously aerating fresh-clean air into the room which pass through 6-Step Filtration and Germ Elimination.
Our filtration system consists of ULPA Filter (0.1 Micron), Activated Carbon Filter, UV-C Lamp, and other filters which can remove bacteria, virus, fungi, and contaminants from the air by 99.99%.
The Positive Air Pressure System works separately from the air conditioning unit. After the machine is shutdown, the system will continue to work 24/7 to maintain positive pressure status and keep the room clean.
Air Conditioning
Our air conditioners are a floor-standing type and can produce air flow up to 1,200 CFM and cooling capacity up to 48,000 BTU depending on the model.
TURBULENT FLOW
Inside the unit, a HEPA filter and a UV-C lamp are installed at the return air vent, which capture and eliminate airborne pathogens before the air reaches the cooling coil.
LAMINAR FLOW
Inside the unit, a medium filter and a UV-C lamp are installed at the return air vent, which capture and eliminate airborne pathogens before the air reaches the cooling coil. At the Ceiling Fan Filter Unit (FFU), an ULPA filter is installed to capture pathogens before the air is delivered into the cleanroom.
Germ Elimination &
Internal Sterilization
Consists of 2 Main Process:
1. Post-shutdown Germ Elimination
The system will start automatically when the air conditioning unit is turned off. The heater and UV-C lamp inside the machine will remove moisture and eliminate germs at the drain tray and fan coil unit. This will keep the machine dry and germ-free.
2. Round-the-clock Germ Prevention
After the Post-shutdown Germ Elimination Process, this system will automatically start and release Cold Plasma Ions to prevent a formation of pathogens. This will continuously work until the air conditioning unit is turned on again.
